- Refundable fares are available for a full refund in the original payment form if cancelled prior to departure.
- Also, at the time of booking, the flight must be at least 7 days away from departure.
If your flight is scheduled to depart in less than 7 days, passengers will receive their cancelled amount in eCredits for future travel.
